Senior Sales Development

Our Senior Sales Development role is for someone with both sales and logistics experience. This role is a highly compensated position with an attractive commission structure. The role’s core focus is on generating new business with new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads, Cold Call with confidence, prospect your sales funnel, and close.

  • Regularly hit sales targets

  • Tenacious at following up with opportunities

  • Utilize social media to brand yourself and the company

  • Maintain existing customer relations for continued business opportunities.

  • Communicate with Account Managers about opportunities, client trends, and service requirements

  • Develop Pricing Strategies

  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years 3PL sales experience required

  • Solid network of contacts in the industry

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit

  • Willing to learn and apply developed skills

  • Great attitude a must

  • Creative problem solver

  • Organized and have ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment

  • Ability to work with different technology systems

  • Excellent communication skills
